Glass: Rocks
Ingredients:
45ml El Dorado Spiced
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Gomme
30ml Lobo’s house made stout vermouth
Method: Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and serve with fresh ice.
Garnish: Lemon twist and flamed cinnamon stick.
Comment: The key to this drink is the stout vermouth and the flamed cinnamon stick – the vermouth makes the drink and the cinnamon provides an outstanding ‘nose’.
