Tokyo Music Bar’s Mizuguchi Takuya created this take on a classic for the Ableforth Gin’s Week Well Spent, ahead of its launch into Australia.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Ableforth’s Bathtub gin
- 20ml Kinpeibai (“kasutori” Shochu)
- 20ml Lillet Blanc
- Grapefruit peel
Method:
1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir.
2. Pour into old fashioned glass over a large ice rock.
3. Make it fragrant with the grapefruit peel and use as garnish.
