Paramount Liquor’s Future Proof brings together hospitality professionals to network, share insights and learn and the latest instalment in this nationwide series, is taking place in Melbourne, next week on Tuesday, 2 July, tickets are free, but booking is essential.

Future Proof is taking place at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne, and attendees will enjoy an evening of drinks, discussions, with Paramount’s Evolution Marketing partners showcasing and educating guests on new products.

As well as networking and learning about the new beers, wines and spirits the partners will be showcasing, attendees will also enjoy three panel discussions, hosted by industry leader Jane Ryan, and which have been tailored for Melbourne’s on-premise professionals.
In the first panel, Future Proof Your Brand, Ryan will be joined by Daisy Tulley, General Manager of the Mucho Group and David Vitale, Founder of Starward Whisky who will share practical advice on how to develop branding and marketing to create innovative hospitality experiences.
For the second panel, Future Proof Our Industry, Ryan will welcome multi award winning bartender Millie Tang from The Gresham, Sarah Proietti – Maybe Sammy Venue Manager and Head of People & Culture at the Sammy Group and Karl Schlothauer CEO at House of Pocket & VP at YCK Laneways. This group will explore how to build a successful hospitality career, covering leadership strategies, wellbeing initiatives, and career progression insights.
The final panel, Future Proof Melbourne, will see Hatem Saleh the Founder & Managing Director of the Atlantic Group, Matthew Stirling the owner of award-winning bar Caretaker’s Cottage and respected food communicator Dani Valent deep dive into the emerging trends, challenges and innovations shaping Melbourne’s hospitality industry, and importantly strategies to thrive into the future.
