On Monday, 6 September, Grey Goose invited members of Sydney’s hospitality industry onto a yacht to toast the launch of its Essences range, and introduce its newest brand ambassador, Kayla Grigoriou.
Cocktails were served on the top deck, including a spritz showcasing Grey Goose Essences Watermelon and Basil, a gimlet made with Grey Goose Essences White Peach and Rosemary, and a highball which used Grey Goose Essences Strawberry and Lemongrass.
Pez Collier, from Pearl Diver Cocktails & Oysters, was also aboard, giving martini and oyster masterclasses.
Pez explained the five elements to the perfect oyster: brine, creaminess, sweetness (via the all-important adductor muscle), minerality and umami, while Kaylia served up Grey Goose Original martinis.
