Tickets for the Australian Icons of Whisky Awards Dinner are on sale now, promising to be a night of celebration for Australian whisky attended by the ‘who’s who’ of the industry.
While nominations for the Awards are now closed, the votes are currently being collated in the UK by Paragraph Publishing, the publisher of Whisky Magazine and owner of Whisky Live.
Winners for all categories will be announced and awarded at the Awards Dinner in Adelaide on 27 August – with all of the industry invited. Tickets are available to purchase here.
“The Icons of Whisky Awards are a celebration of the hard work that goes into the production and sale of every bottle of whisky – from distillers to sales personnel, brand ambassadors and many others,” says Icons of Whisky’s Ken Bromfield.
The winners in Australia will automatically compete with winners from across the globe at the 2019 Icons of Whisky Awards, held in London in March 2019.
“This award has come to Australia from London to find Australia’s best, and they will go up against the winners from all other countries in London next March, to find the world’s best,” adds Bromfield.
