Spirited Awards final fours

by Stefanie Collins

Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards have announced its lists of just four finalists that will be fighting it out in each category at the ceremony Saturday 18 July.

Each list of nominees was trimmed from 10 to four, with a handful of Australian bars making the cut.

Melbourne institution, Black Pearl will be looking to take home the Best International Bar Team title, as well as the Best International High-Volume Cocktail Bar, where they are also up against another classic Melbourne establishment, Eau de Vie.

The only other Aussie to make it through is Sydney’s iconic whisky venue, The Baxter Inn, which will be competing for the World’s Best Spirits Selection gong.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the end of the Tales of the Cocktail calendar of events in New Orleans.
