Inspired by the Emerald Isle, this is a modern take on a classic Irish whiskey cocktail from Wollongong bar Mae Mabel.
Emerald
Ingredients:
- 60ml Jameson Black Barrel
- 15ml sweet vermouth (preferably Antica Formula)
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Directions:
- Add the ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice and stir vigorously for 12 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled Nic and Nora glass
- Garnish with orange rind and a Luxardo cherry
