A spiced cane spirit Old Fashioned developed by Milton Rum, which will be served at the distillery’s new location in Albion’s Craft’d Grounds.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 60ml Milton Spiced Cane Spirit
- 5-10ml raw sugar syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 dash of chocolate bitters
- Orange peel (for garnish)
Directions:
- Add Cane Spirit, sugar syrup and bitters to a chilled mixing glass
- Add ice and stir until dilute and very cold
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube, and garnish with orange peel
