Redbreast Tipperary cocktail

Recipe: Redbreast Tipperary

An Irish whiskey classic cocktail, recommended by Redbreast Brand Specialist, Alice Newport. This cocktail is thought to have first been introduced in 1916 – a seismic year in Irish history!

Tipperary

Ingredients:


  • 45ml Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish whiskey
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 15ml Green Chartreuse
  • Orange twist or Maraschino cherry to garnish

Directions:


  1. Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and Chartreuse to a mixing glass or cocktail tin
  2. Add ice
  3. Stir until dilute and very cold
  4. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish
