An Irish whiskey classic cocktail, recommended by Redbreast Brand Specialist, Alice Newport. This cocktail is thought to have first been introduced in 1916 – a seismic year in Irish history!
Tipperary
Ingredients:
- 45ml Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish whiskey
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- 15ml Green Chartreuse
- Orange twist or Maraschino cherry to garnish
Directions:
- Add whiskey, sweet vermouth and Chartreuse to a mixing glass or cocktail tin
- Add ice
- Stir until dilute and very cold
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish
