This recipe, created by bartenders at Udaberri in Adelaide, uses the recently released Native Yam Vodka – the latest release by Seven Seasons.
Yam & Jam Caprioska
Ingredients:
- 60ml Native Yam Vodka
- Barspoon of Davidson plum jam
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 4 Lime wedges
- Garnish ingredients: Murray River pink salt and finger lime
Directions:
- Muddle lime wedges
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice
- Double strain over crushed ice into a Murray River pink salt-rimmed Old Fashioned glass
- Garnish with finger lime
