A refreshing, fun twist on a Tommy’s Margarita, this cocktail represents everything this bar is all about.

RECIPE
Super Soaker 3000
- 30ml Blanco Tequila
- 30ml Joven Mezcal
- 30ml Charlie’s Signature Watermelon Pucker (Read Tip)
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt Rim (Optional)
Directions:
- Take a cold glass and run a lime around the rim, before gently dipping it into a dish of salt (optional).
- Add the ingredients to your shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.
- Carefully strain over ice into your prepared glass.
Tip: create the Watermelon Pucker by combining watermelon juice with citric acid and sugar to taste, until you have a sour watermelon syrup.
