Applejack Hospitality has reopened reservations across all its venues for fully vaccinated guests to book at Forrester’s (Surry Hills), SoCal (Neutral Bay), The Butler (Potts Point) and The Botanist (Kirribilli) from 18 October, Bopp & Tone (CBD) from 20 October and Tap Rooms (The Rocks) from 28 October.
With the NSW Government’s Roadmap to Freedom highlighting that venues can start to reopen to fully vaccinated guests once the state reaches 70 per cent vaccination rate, Applejack has promised all its staff will be fully vaccinated. In addition the ALIA Bar Group Operator of the Year will rebrand from ‘Applejack’ to ‘AppleJAB’ to encourage more people to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
Applejack Founders Ben Carroll and Hamish Watts said their priorities remain to protect staff, protect patrons and run a viable business.
“We’ve been lucky that all our staff have willingly been vaccinated. In return, and in line with Government health orders, it will be expected that all our customers are fully vaccinated to help keep our community safe. We are so excited to re-open, and we want to come out of the pandemic with confidence so that we can go back to what we do best,” Watts and Carroll said.
