Bar Luca will offer a Fireball takeover menu for the month of July with the focus on spicy treats that pair with the Canadian cinnamon whisky.
The celebration kicks off on Canada Day on July 1 with the Sydney CBD venue creating a menu that includes all-you-can-eat snack options.
A ‘Blame Fireball’ burger will be the house special and packed with Fireball braised brisket, a beef patty, American cheese, maple bacon, candied jalapenos and poutine – a Canadian version of chips and gravy.
For $66 a head there will be Fireball shots available on arrival, a Fireball infused cocktail, free ‘Fire-mullet’ haircuts and live DJs. If you hold a Canadian passport there will be a free shot on arrival all day.
If you crave something sweeter, the ‘Don’t Hate The Playa Hate The Flame’ apple and cinnamon milkshake will be served alongside burgers.
Other dessert options include the ‘Blame Fireball’ cinnamon ice cream loaded with candied bacon and marshmallows.
You can keep the flame going with a sip of the ‘Fire Starter’ cocktail made with Fireball, lemon juice, maple, jalapeno syrup, cloudy cider and an extra syringe of Fireball.
Other menu items available are jalapeno meatballs with Fireball cream cheese dipping sauce, Fireball glazed barbecue pork riblets, Fireball poutine with Fireball maple bacon jam, Fireball gravy and cheese curds and Fireball with maple glazed smoked chicken wings.
