Never Never’s new Coffee & Cacao Gin Gin was created in collaboration with Lorenzo Antinori, and here’s a selection of cocktails using the gin.
Leone Negroni
Ingredients:
- 30ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Italian Sweet vermouth
- Orange twist
Directions:
- Stir over ice and pour over clear ice cube
- Garnish with discarded orange zest and coffee bean
Coffee and Cacao Martini
Ingredients:
- 60ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
- 5ml French dry vermouth
- 10ml Italian bianco vermouth
- dash of orange bitters
Directions:
- Stir down ingredients in a mixing glass
- Pour into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a coffee bean
Espresso Chinotto
Ingredients:
- 30ml Coffee & Cacao Gin
- 15ml Italian sweet vermouth
- 120ml Chinotto
Directions:
- Build over ice in a highball glass
- Add orange wedge garnish and serve.
