Perfect for cold winter evenings or a night under the stars, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky forms the heart of the Trailblazer Toddy, putting a Kentucky twist on the classic Hot Toddy.

Established in 1872 as a whiskey for the people, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is now available in Australia, a blend of two Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskies, one aged four years and another aged seven years, resulting in a smooth yet complex flavour steeped in American history.

Yellowstone Select has rye toast and cinnamon spice aromas, with flavours of caramel, melted butter and leathered cherries, and a tangy finish with notes of burnt brown sugar and cloves.

Yellowstone Trailblazer Toddy

Ingredients:


  • 2oz Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky
  • 1 oz honey ginger syrup (mix equal parts honey, water and crushed ginger, simmer and then cool)
  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice
  • Hot water

Directions:


  1. Preheat a mug by filling it with hot water, discard the water once heated
  2. Add Yellowstone Select, fresh lemon juice, and honey ginger syrup to a mug
  3. Top with hot water and stir gently to combine all ingredients
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
