Hospitality group DAP & Co. (Popolo, The Gresham, Walter’s Steakhouse & Bar) have announced they will be opening Naldham House next month as part of Dexus’s $2.5bn waterfront Brisbane project.

The heritage-listed, three-storey building on Mary Street has undergone extensive renovations and will reopen hosting three hospitality concepts.

The first two concepts that have been revealed are Naldham House Brasserie & Terrace and Club Felix which are both slated to open mid-July.

The third concept is yet to be announced, but is expected to open in time for spring.

Naldham House Brasserie and Terrace will be located on the ground floor, and will send a nod to the international grand hotel lobbies with a pan-European menu and old-fashioned service style.

Late-night cocktail bar and lounge Club Felix will sit on the first floor serving up a French-inspired small plate and charcuterie menu paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list.

Naldham House will be spearheaded by Executive Chef Douglas Keyte (ex-Grill Americano); General Manager Christian Green (ex-Rockpool, Aria, Chin Chin, and The Botanical); and Restaurant Manager Steven Ham who returns from over 20 years working in London, including at Soho House Group.

“We are beyond excited and privileged to finally open Naldham House next month, restoring a new level of hospitality to Brisbane,” says DAP & Co. Co-Owner Andrew Baturo.

“We have poured our hearts into creating something extraordinarily special for Brisbane and Australia. We want Naldham House to be a celebration of our city’s heritage and rich culture for years to come.”

Naldham House is slated to open next month at 33 Felix Street, Brisbane, Queensland.
