Over the course of summer, grapefruit had a real moment in cocktails. After riding the tequila wave with the Paloma’s resurgence, this tart, citrus fruit has found it’s way into all kinds of drinks.

Papa’s Salty Dog
Ingredients:
- 50ml Papa Salt Coastal Gin
- 100ml grapefruit juice
- Lime wedge
- Crushed ice
- Rock ice
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Salt the rim of a well chilled highball glass
- In a cocktail shaker combine ice, Papa Salt and grapefruit juice
- Shake until well chilled and strain into prepared glass with crushed ice
- Finish with lime wedge
