The Gin Birds aim to support local business and empower women and they are using their technology and online event experience to back a female-focused charity.
Chamaine Lovett and Suzan Temizer are the founders of The Gin Birds and they are two women passionate about the curation of a great gin experience and supporting of Australian producers.
The pair are running and hosting The Biggest Online Pink Fest for Breast Cancer, where there will be up to 1000 guests online wearing their best pink outfit, sipping on pink gin and tonic while being entertained with a fabulous guest mixologist and delicious pink cocktail demonstrations in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Chamaine said: “People can interact, laugh and chat live on the night whilst raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and a surprise guest may pop in to surprise them, this will be potentially be the biggest Pink Party on Zoom ever.
“The Gin Birds and our digital Gin Store Gindex have been helping Australians discover small craft gin brands since last year, during the bushfire and Covid crisis distillers really felt the economic strain and we have jumped in and launched free online events and support for distillers.”
