The Vic bar manager Jemma Hudson created the Irish Italian while by combining her two favourite flavours, Amaro Montenegro and Disaronno amaretto together. It joins seven other cocktails which feature in the bar’s new menu.
Irish Italian
Ingredients:
- 40ml Amaro Montenegro
- 20ml Disaronno amaretto
- 15ml Jameson
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml egg whites
Directions:
- Add ingredients into shaker.
- Shake well.
- Double strain into coupe.
- Garnish with coffee beans in a clover shape.
