Strawberry Spritz
Ingredients:
- 45ml Rinomato Aperitivo
- 15ml House Made strawberry syrup
- 1 dash Scrappys Lavender Bitters
- 60ml Prosecco
- 30ml sparkling water
- Strawberry and mint (to garnish)
Directions:
- Add Rinomato, syrup and bitters to a wine glass
- Add ice and top with Prosecco and sparkling water
- Garnish with sliced strawberry and a sprig of mint leaves
