The 2020 Patrón Perfectionists winning cocktail

Ingredients:

• 50ml Patrón Silver tequila
• 50ml Rhubarb Cordial
• 30ml Fortified Wine Blend (Martini Ambrato and Cocchi Americano)
• 30ml Tomato Water
• 1 Dash of Salt Solution

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in a shaker and throw
2. Serve on clear ice in a highball glass
3. Garnish with tomato and rhubarb leather
