After making the difficult but ultimately correct decision to postpone the Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA) for the last two years, our night of nights will be back this year, taking place on Wednesday 19 October at Sydney Town Hall.
ALIA celebrates the best venues, people and brands that Australia’s liquor industry has to offer and after the last two-and-a-half years we have all endured, we’re all due a night like ALIA.
The night celebrates all aspects of Australia’s liquor industry, with the best bars, bartenders and operators recognised by their peers as the best over the last 12 months. Awards include Bartender of the Year, Best New Bar of the Year and, of course, Bar of the Year as well as many others.
As always ALIA has a theme and this year, we’re asking you to dress for your next holiday destination. We’re able to travel again, so let’s see where everyone is going to be going, or where is at the top of your bucket list destinations.
