The mixology masterclass will be held at Hickson House on Wednesday, 16 August from 2.30pm to 3.30pm, with Iain sharing some of the secrets that have earned him a spot among the top 50 most influential bar personalities in the world.
During the masterclass, Iain will take you through his groundbreaking Transcend menu, where he will showcase the wild and wonderfully modern cocktails that have solidified Panda & Sons’ reputation as one of the UK’s most innovative cocktail destinations.
