London’s A-list bar and one of The World’s 50 Best Bars, Kwãnt, is taking over Rockpool Sydney for two nights of exclusive Negroni Week celebrations.
On Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 September, Italian mixologist Giusy Castaldo will bring a trio of creative Kwãnt cocktails to the Sydney hotspot in collaboration with Rockpool Sydney Bar Manager Leonardo Zuccardi Merli.
In partnership with Campari, the dedicated two-night takeover sees the Australian debut of the Mayfair establishment. Helmed by Kwãnt’s Co-owner and award-winning bartender Erik Lorincz, Giusy will bring three of the venues signature cocktails, showcasing a balance between modern and classic, and characterised by the flavours, aromas and textures uncovered on her own travels around the world.
Set to be unveiled on the evening is the Sunflower Negroni, High Five and the Story, each a nod to the grandeur of Kwãnt, complemented by a selection of signature Rockpool canapes. Leonoardo said that it is a privilege to host Kwãnt and Giusy at Rockpool bar, where the team are anticipating a successful event.

Celebrating one of the best-selling cocktails worldwide, the global Negroni Week program raises money for charitable causes around the world. From the Kwãnt and Rockpool collaboration, two dollars from each cocktail sold at the event will be donated to Slow Food, the charity partner for this year’s Negroni Week.
Closing out Negroni Week, Giusy will head to Melbourne to take over the bar at Society on Sunday 24 September.
