The Craft Co will launch its first-ever Dark Spirits Festival in Melbourne next month featuring Australian dark spirit producers.
The four-day festival will feature a Dark Spirits Market running from August 19 to 21, with the opening night, August 18, offering a Dark Spirits Dinner. The five-course dinner will be see each course matched with a dark spirit, as well as a Q&A with the makers and a range of other goodies.
The dinner will feature Artillery Distillery, Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers, Brix Distillers, The Gospel and Manly Spirits Co, showcasing the best of Australian craft dark spirits and food.
From August 19 to 21, The Craft & Co’s market setup will be transported into Australian craft dark spirits market, with nine stalls of local craft spirit distillers on show. The market stallholders include Artillery, Boatrocker, Brix Distillers, The Gospel, JimmyRum, Manly Spirits Co, Okar, Unico Apero, 78º and The Craft & Co.
The event takes place at The Craft and Co in Collingwood with dinner tickets costing $95 per person and market tickets ranging from $35 to $40pp. Search ‘The Craft and Co’ to find out more.
