The Everleigh Bottling Co (EBC) has released new collections, hampers and cocktails, hand-mixed by world-class bartenders and curated using the highest quality spirits.
The new Signature Series has its first release – Death & Taxes by Michael Madruson in collaboration with Starward. First created in 2011 at New York’s legendary Milk & Honey, and perfected in Melbourne at The Everleigh, the Signature Series Death & Taxes is a blend of Starward Two-Fold, Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Benedictine and orange bitters.
Limited to just 200 bottles, Death & Taxes is hand-mixed, numbered and bottled in Melbourne into 500ml bottles (five serves) and packaged in an Everleigh Bottling Co. collection gift box.
In addition EBC has created two Mother’s Day hampers featuring a boutique collection of artisanal goods from Melbourne and beyond to eat, drink and enjoy.

As well as the hampers and Signature Series, the EBC has its Mother’s Day Cocktail Collection; a collection of four modern classic cocktails, each made with a unique Gin. Only 250 will be made, available via The Everleigh Bottling Co. website or at The Everleigh and Bar Margaux on Mother’s Day.

Hendrick’s Original, Dry Vermouth, D.O.M, Benedictine, Orange Bitters
A silky smooth, dry, textural Martini with light herbal notes and a citrus oral nish. Store in the fridge. For best results, place in the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Martinez
Hendrick’s Orbium, Sweet Vermouth, Maraschino, Bitters
A full bodied cocktail, oering herbaceous oral bitterness with a lick of dry cherry. Store in the fridge. For best results, place in the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
- Ritz Negroni
Hendrick’s Lunar, Sweet Vermouth, Bitter Curacao, Absinthe.
The infamous Negroni, enhanced with notes of citrus, anise and warm baking spice. Store in the fridge. For best results, place in the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Hendrick’s Neptunia, Calvados, Americano, Vermouth, Manzanilla, Maraschino, Orange Bitters
Crisp and clean with notes of citrus, apple and cherry giving way to a fresh coastal nish. Store in the fridge. For best results, place in the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
