South Australia’s Twenty Third Street Distillery has added three new products to its portfolio of spirits, with a new vodka and two new gins now available.
The Pomegranate Vodka, Tropical Gin and Quattro Juniper Gin are described as the perfect addition to every bar and liquor cabinet.
Head of Marketing and Sales Chris Illman said: “There’s something for everyone in our new spirits. The Pomegranate Vodka is smooth and earthy, using fruit from our own Pomegranates Australia orchard, while our Tropical Gin is the perfect way to experience summer all year round.
“Our Quattro Gin is a juniper lovers’ dream, with a punchy and full palate, balanced by citrus. It’s our most complex gin yet and creates a complete unique drinking experience.
“We’re so lucky to have access to some of the best ingredients in Australia at Twenty Third Street Distillery and our expert team of master distillers use their craftsmanship to turn them into exceptional spirits unlike any other.”
Describing the Tropical Gin, Twenty Third Street Distillery said each bottle has real mango, pineapple, passionfruit and finger lime, all sourced within Australia. The gin is best served with soda, a garnish of lime and served with fish tacos or a delicious spicy chicken salad.
For the Pomegranate Vodka Twenty Third Street combines its five-times distilled Australian vodka with pomegranates grown in the distillery’s own orchard in Wanabi in a two-day maceration process. The end product is a full and yet subtle vodka that is perfect with dark chocolate or a cheeseboard, straight with soda or in a Cosmopolitan.
And finally the Quattro Gin is one for the juniper heads out there, featuring Australian wild juniper, with Bulgarian blue juniper, Macedonian wild juniper and Bulgarian red juniper, extracted across four tailored methods and lifted with local citrus and seven stunning aromatics including local coriander and ginkgo leaf.
Macerated for 72 hours to extract the best of Macedonian wild blue juniper, this one is best mixed with tonic and enjoyed with fresh oysters and some lemon.
The new range of spirits are available now through Twenty Third Street Distillery.
