Created by Jake Down, the Three Piece Suit is a warming winter cocktail from the new menu at Sydney’s Sicilian-inspired underground bar Apollonia.
Three Piece Suit
Ingredients:
- 40ml Starward Two Fold Australian Whiskey
- 15ml Creme de Cocoa
- 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
- Two dashes of walnut bitters
- Two dashes of salt solution
Directions:
- Stir all of the ingredients
- Strain over a large block of ice, into a double old fashioned glass
- Garnish with a house made chocolate shell with lime cream
