Part of a revived menu at the iconic Sydney bar, the S.A.S showcases Low 302’s use of house-infused spirits.
“We smoke the Amaretto with coffee beans fresh each day to give this twist on a classic a much more sophisticated and adult flavour,” says Operations Manager Luke Reimann.
S.A.S (Smoked Amaretto Sour)
Ingredients:
- 30ml Coffee Bean Smoked Amaretto
- 15ml Cointreau Noir
- 15ml Punt e Mes
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml lime juice
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake without ice
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated orange, dusted with burnt cinnamon.
