Seadrift Classic is made in traditional copper stills with freshly cut and locally sourced botanical ingredients, including seaweed foraged from Mona Vale Beach.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 60ml Seadrift Classic
- 30ml lime juice
- 15ml cane sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- Top with ginger beer
Directions:
- Add lime, mint and sugar syrup to a glass
- Muddle to combine
- Add Seadrift Classic
- Add ice and ginger beer
- Garnish with mint & coriander
