A superb twist on the traditional Boulevardier cocktail, served at Manly Spirits’ distillery at the launch of its Coastal Stone whisky range.
Sherry Baby
Ingredients:
- 20ml Coastal Stone (Sherry Cask) whisky
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 7.5ml apricot brandy
- 1 dash of peach bitters
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
- Add ice
- Stir until dilute and very cold
- Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
