This recipe from the creators of Singapore’s premiere gin uses the surprisingly sweet Tanglin Mandarin Chilli Gin for a taste of Asia. The drink, like Tanglin itself, is something a little bit different – classics with a twist.
Tanglin Negroni Sour
Ingredients:
- 40ml Tanglin Mandarin Chilli Gin
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Egg white
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- Garnish: Davidson Plum Powder and citrus peel
Directions:
- Shake ingredients in a shake without ice
- Add ice and shake again
- Rim glass with Davidson Plum Powder
- Strain from shaker to glass
- Garnish with citrus peel
