This gorgeous drink is created by David Kaplan of NYC cocktail institution Death & Co, for their recent Australian tour. While here, the Death & Co team took over three Australian Venue Co bars – Wolf Lane in Perth, The Winery in Sydney and Trinket in Melbourne, to create a carefully curated bespoke cocktail and paired food experience.
Trust Fall
Ingredients:
- 45ml Aviation Gin
- 15ml Barsol Pisco
- 15ml Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 7ml Giffard Lychee Liqueur
- 1 tsp Raspberry syrup
- 1 dash Perchaud’s Bitters
- 1 dash Absinthe
- 15ml Filtered water
- Twist of grapefruit
Directions:
- Batch
- Freeze 24 hours in advance
- Pour into martini glass
- Twist grapefruit to finish and discard
