Fresh from winning a Gold medal at the IWSC, here’s a recipe from The West Winds, using its Wild Plum Gin.
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 30ml The West Winds Wild Plum Gin
- 30ml Campari
Directions:
- Add all to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with dried citrus or stone fruits.
