Ingredients:
- 50ml Rose Vermouth
- 20ml St Germain
- 20ml Cloudy apple juice
- 60ml Prosecco
- 20ml soda
- Apple slices (to garnish)
Directions:
- Add vermouth, St Germain and apple juice to a wine glass
- Add a generous amount of ice
- Top with Prosecco and soda
- Stir gently, and add apple slices to garnish
