Sydney bar Three Bottle Man is introducing an all-Australian DIY martini range, with guests able to mix and match their way to 192 variations on the classic cocktail.
Guests start by selecting their preferred base spirit of vodka or gin, then have it topped up with their choice of dry, sweet, rose or blanc vermouth. They can then add a finish touch with a dash of bitters and one of six garnishes.
While the actual cocktail mixing is left to the professionals, guest are encouraged to post an Instagram photo of their best James Bond 007 pose and DIY martini using the hashtag #martiniagent to go in the running to win $100 in bar credit.

Named after Britain’s youngest Prime Minister in history, Three Bottle Man opened in August 2017 and is one of Australia’s only bars to boast a strictly all-Australian spirits and beverage menu.
