Blind Tiger Organic Gin relaunches with premium new look, new range and new botanical mix

Blind Tiger Organic Gin is handcrafted in small batches by the iconic South Australian St Agnes Distillery and pays homage to the infamous clandestine bars, known as Blind Tiger Bars of the prohibition era.

This multi award winning range has undergone a major packaging and distillation upgrade to ensure it stays ahead of the crowded competition.

Blind Tiger Organic Gin now comprises ten certified organic botanicals, Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Dried & Fresh Lemon Peel, Dried & Fresh Sweet Orange Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Lime Peel, Savory, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark and Liquorice.

Each botanical is distilled individually through a small pot still, creating distinctive elements that are drawn on and balanced in crafting the final blend.

The unique combination of organic botanicals and premium Australian organic wheat spirit creates a Rare Dry Gin with abundant juniper, spice and citrus freshness.

Blind Tiger Organic Mandarin Gin proved to be a popular addition to the range.  This gin shares the same botanical base as the Rare Gin before being carefully blended with distillations of organic mandarins.  The result is a gin with abundant fresh mandarin aromas and flavours that mixes perfectly with either soda or tonic.

The newest addition, Blind Tiger Navy Strength Organic Gin, is bottled at the much higher strength of 59.9% ABV.  This is the highest ABV of any Navy Strength Gin in Australia, and as such it displays concentrated, pungent juniper and lime citrus aromas on first pour. With time, the initial impression opens further to the intense citrus and spice characters of the other botanicals.  When served neat, it is peppery hot on the palate and has a drying finish at this higher alcohol content.
