Crafted in the breathtaking Tamar Valley wine region of Northern Tasmania, Three Cuts Gin & Vodka by Turner Stillhouse are redefining premium spirits. 

Named after their signature “Three Cuts of Rose” including fresh Tasmanian Rose used in the distilling process, Three Cuts Gin & Vodka range is a celebration of innovation, flavour, and the finest Tasmanian botanicals.

Distilled from a premium grape base and pure Tasmanian water, Three Cuts Gin offers a unique blend of 12 botanicals, including fresh local citrus sourced from nearby growers. 

The range has earned its place as Tasmania’s highest awarded gin, with over 40 accolades, including Best Gin in Australia (Aus Gin Awards), Best International Gin / Double Gold (American Distilling Awards) and multiple gold medals at the IWSC and San Francisco World Spirits Competition. In a recent industry taste test of 120 international gins, Three Cuts Distiller’s Release and Founder’s Release Gins ranked number three and four, scoring 95 points. 

Standout expressions include the versatile Founder’s Release Gin, layered with fresh lime and white peppercorn, and the bold and dry Distiller’s Release Gin with green cardamom and citrus. For something different, the Cherry Blossom Gin—with notes of black tea and cherry compote, delivers a delicious twist for cocktails.

This year, Turner Stillhouse introduced their first vodka – made from a premium grape base, it’s light and creamy, with cool mineral notes and a warm finish infused with their signature “Three Cuts of Rose.” Already making waves, it’s featured this summer at Opera Bar Sydney in their Triple Treat Cocktail—a vibrant mix of vodka, Chambord, raspberry, and lemon.
